If you loved Twelve Months, try Swan Lake
A bridge between a film you've already seen and one most people haven't. Here's what they share, and what the second one does that the first one doesn't.
What they share
Both films are directed by Kimio Yabuki, and they both carry the cozy, tender mood tags, and they sit in Adventure / Animation / Fantasy territory. If that's the register that drew you to Twelve Months, the second film will land in a comparable space — through a different lens.

What Swan Lake is
Sleeping Beauty if it had giant catlike henchmen. A prince encounters a bewitched princess, doomed to be a swan by day, human by night. The animation is lovely, even if the dubbing is not.
