If you loved Escalofrío, try La Humanidad En Peligro
Un puente entre una película que ya has visto y una que casi nadie ha cruzado. Esto es lo que comparten, y lo que la segunda hace que la primera no hace.
Lo que comparten
Theysit in Horror / Science Fiction territory. If that's the register that drew you to Escalofrío, the second film will land in a comparable space — through a different lens.
What La Humanidad En Peligro is
New Mexico dawn, 1954. A rancher’s pickup finds a lone picnic basket gutted by pincers in the dust. Arthropods the size of locomotives chew through cinderblock; a little girl speaks in screams that aren’t hers. A skeptical entomologist, his daughter, a trooper who knows ants from holes, and a G-man who still thinks communists built this will have to pry open a nest beneath the Los Alamos water tower before the prairie swarms.
