What Species II is
A Martian cargo hold hums, rust orbiting red dust. Commander Ross returns different—veins blackening under flight suit. Something inside him twitches toward human throats. While emergency rooms fill with half-formed skulls, Laura Baker and Press Lennox coax Eve, a quieter clone, to hunt him down. Before they can aim, Eve slips the lab.
