If you loved Scrat's Continental Crack-Up, try Cosmic Scrat-tastrophe
A bridge between a film you've already seen and one most people haven't. Here's what they share, and what the second one does that the first one doesn't.
What they share
Both films are directed by Mike Thurmeier, and they both carry the playful mood tag, and they sit in Animation / Comedy / Family territory. If that's the register that drew you to Scrat's Continental Crack-Up, the second film will land in a comparable space — through a different lens.

What Cosmic Scrat-tastrophe is
It's hard to begrudge Scrat his Sisyphean plight. This time, the poor squirrel's acorn obsession sends an asteroid hurtling toward Earth. The fate of the Ice Age gang is now in the hands of a rodent. At least it's short.
