If you loved Love, Guaranteed, try Love in the Villa

A bridge between a film you've already seen and one most people haven't. Here's what they share, and what the second one does that the first one doesn't.

What they share

Both films are directed by Mark Steven Johnson, and they both carry the cozy, playful mood tags, and they sit in Comedy / Romance territory. If that's the register that drew you to Love, Guaranteed, the second film will land in a comparable space — through a different lens.

What Love in the Villa is

The film imagines what might happen if a woman had to share a villa with a Brit. Stranded in Verona after a split, Julie (Kat Graham) discovers her rental is also occupied by a handsome wine snob (Tom Hopper). Naturally, they fall in love, because the villa is in Italy.
