If you loved Dinosaur Island, try Peter Pan
A bridge between a film you've already seen and one most people haven't. Here's what they share, and what the second one does that the first one doesn't.
What they share
Theysit in Adventure / Family / Science Fiction territory. If that's the register that drew you to Dinosaur Island, the second film will land in a comparable space — through a different lens.
What Peter Pan is
A boy who refuses to grow up hosts an island where anyone can stay twelve forever, at least until the ticking crocodile shows up. Hook’s vendetta against eternal youth leads to a fight for Neverland’s soul while Peter leads the Lost Boys in an endless dress rehearsal for adulthood. That crocodile, by the way, is basically the only reliable babysitter in the place.
