Cosa condividono
Both films are directed by Shinji Imaoka, and they both carry the sexy mood tag, and they sit in Drama territory. If that's the register that drew you to Lunch box, the second film will land in a comparable space — through a different lens.

What Uncle's Paradise is
Haruo’s squid-fishing grind gets a mythic upgrade when his uncle’s afterlife literally tanks. Between giant cephalopods and supernatural repossession, the family drama gets a curiously literal spin. At least the snakes had the decency to go for the junk.
