If you loved Gunsmith Cats, try Otaku no Video
Un pont entre un film que tu as déjà vu et un que peu de gens ont croisé. Voici ce qu'ils partagent, et ce que le second fait que le premier ne fait pas.
Ce qu'ils partagent
Both films are directed by Takeshi Mori, and they both carry the playful mood tag, and they sit in Animation / Comedy territory. If that's the register that drew you to Gunsmith Cats, the second film will land in a comparable space — through a different lens.
What Otaku no Video is
Somewhere between a student loan and a second job, a modest salaryman discovers the dark side of fan fiction. Documented in mockumentary segments and animated vignettes, his descent into otaku royalty unfolds with surprising sincerity. Too bad the interviews feel less like talking heads and more like confessions from a support group for people who own more figures than they have shelves.
