If you loved Superlópez, try Thi Mai, rumbo a Vietnam
Un puente entre una película que ya has visto y una que casi nadie ha cruzado. Esto es lo que comparten, y lo que la segunda hace que la primera no hace.
Lo que comparten
Theysit in Comedy territory. If that's the register that drew you to Superlópez, the second film will land in a comparable space — through a different lens.
What Thi Mai, rumbo a Vietnam is
The film knows what it is: a conduit for cross-cultural shenanigans. Bereaved Carmen gets a letter approving the Vietnamese adoption she'd started with her daughter. So Carmen and two friends head to Vietnam. It's not exactly _The Searchers_, but it gets the job done.
