If you loved Buzón rojo de la calle Escher, try Vamos a jugar al infierno

Lo que comparten
Both films are directed by Sion Sono, and they both carry the foreign gem, unhinged mood tags, and they sit in Comedy / Drama territory. If that's the register that drew you to Buzón rojo de la calle Escher, the second film will land in a comparable space — through a different lens.

What Vamos a jugar al infierno is
Only Sion Sono would think to combine those particular ingredients. A group of rogue filmmakers gets caught up in the middle of a long-standing yakuza feud, which they decide to film. It may not be worth ending a gang war, but at least they got a movie out of it.
