If you loved K-On!: La película, try Tamako Love Story
Un puente entre una película que ya has visto y una que casi nadie ha cruzado. Esto es lo que comparten, y lo que la segunda hace que la primera no hace.
Lo que comparten
Both films are directed by Naoko Yamada, and they both carry the bittersweet, cozy, tender mood tags, and they sit in Animation / Comedy territory. If that's the register that drew you to K-On!: La película, the second film will land in a comparable space — through a different lens.
What Tamako Love Story is
Here's a film that knows its audience, and caters to it lovingly. High-schooler Tamako remains unmoved by the obvious affections of her childhood friend, who plans to attend university in Tokyo. The question is whether she'll figure things out before he leaves. It's cute, if you're into that sort of thing.
