If you loved Rent-a-Cat, try Kamome Diner
Un ponte tra un film che hai già visto e uno che quasi nessuno ha incrociato. Questo è ciò che condividono, e ciò che il secondo fa che il primo non fa.
Cosa condividono
Both films are directed by Naoko Ogigami, and they both carry the cozy, foreign gem, tender mood tags, and they sit in Comedy / Drama territory. If that's the register that drew you to Rent-a-Cat, the second film will land in a comparable space — through a different lens.

What Kamome Diner is
A Japanese diner in Helsinki initially serves only the occasional stray pigeon before a determined chef’s rice balls begin attracting a motley crew of locals. Midori, a lanky visitor, drifts in and becomes its first resident fan. By the time the snow melts, the place has quietly swapped loneliness for home cooking.
