Here's a cop comedy that really wants to be a food movie. Five narcs go deep undercover in a fried-chicken joint to bust a drug ring. But the restaurant becomes wildly successful, which is a problem for policing. It's a one-joke premise, stretched pretty thin, that somehow really works.
